Account and authorization
Documentation is public. Playing, viewing personal records, managing characters and creating products require the appropriate account and permissions.
Check your identity
Open account settings to confirm which account is signed in. If a product or record is missing, check that you have not switched accounts.
If access is still denied after sign-in, read the permission message. Signing in again does not grant creator eligibility or ownership of another resource.
Authorize an AI connection
Start authorization through the AI client, read the actual request in the browser and approve it yourself. The assistant must then verify available tools in the current session.
Creator and administrator connections serve different purposes. Ordinary creation does not require platform administrator privileges.
Protect your account and work
Do not share passwords, access tokens or keys. When asking for help, provide relevant public information and safe error summaries rather than full logs, private role details or other participants' data.
Use the client's or platform's actual connection-management controls. Removing local configuration may differ from revoking server authorization; check the corresponding instructions and result.
Access problems
Read AI connection setup for assistant issues and common problems and recovery for rooms and products. Use platform support for account identity questions.
